Reference: KVT Parts and Service

As you know we are in the process of shutting down KVT. Our present plan is to cease operations June 30, 2008.

In order to provide on-going parts and service for KVT equipment, we have entered into agreement with Global Vehicle Systems in Tilbury, Ontario to provide these services. GVS (Global Vehicle Systems) has the necessary technical and commercial information to service KVT equipment. KVT personnel will support GVS through the interim period ending June 30, 2008.

GVS Tooling and Automation Division is an innovative automation company with strategic partnerships in high technology applications. They have established expertise in the plastic joining industry which will be enhanced by the parts and service capabilities on KVT machinery.
